CEO & Co-Founder

Abhijit Mitra, known as Abii in his circle. He is Founder, Director & CEO and is on the Board of Anjdeb Consulting Ltd., he also Co-Founded MyyNeem in June 2020 and has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of MyyNeem. Abii prior to co-founding MyyNeem he has been assisting Medium & Large Enterprises as an independent software consultant specializing in software architecture, he has been of late consulting large Retail Chains, his firm also assists exciting start-ups in Financial, GRC, AI ML Solutions domain to launch in EU, NA, Australasia & ME regions where he has a robust business network. Earlier he has held senior-level technocrat roles in companies like Boots, British Telecom, TCS. He is a technocrat and a visionary. He envions in creating success for multiple niche start-ups and creating global presence for them.

Biswajeet Mitra

Executive Director Business & Strategy

Bishwajeet Mitra, known as Jeet in his circle. He joined the board of Anjdeb Consulting UK, as an Independent Director, where his goal is to drive business, strategy & growth. He Co-Founded MyyNeem in June 2020 & has been the Chief Business & Strategy Officer of MyyNeem. Jeet prior to Co-Founding MyyNeem, he Co-Founded Digital Utopia, earlier he served in C Level of multiple companies. He is also an independent consultant and sits on board of Breeze Ltd., besides mentoring GRC Stack, Happymonlk and a few other start-ups. He has helped turn businesses around to deliver sustained double-digit revenue growth for multiple start-ups to mid-sized companies. This transformation centered around several strategic initiatives and his hallmark has been in driving increased business, expanding product & service assortment, driving customers first & their experience, mentoring the founders and driving them towards successful exits, championing 360Degree business view and instilling success.

Anuj Saxena

Director of Business - Asia, ME, America & Australia

Anuj, 22 years of cross-functional and vertical working experience with a wide knowledge of tech verticals, including strategy, digital transformations, learning, marketing, sales, and IMS. His expertise covers Govt., E-Com, Agriculture, biotech, pharma, and business consulting with more than a decade in IT training, business consulting, and M&A. Accomplished 3 buy outs for US client and secured FDI to establish TOE comprising 200 employees on BOT basis.

Education: B.Sc Ag &AH from GBPUAT and MBA from IPM.

Rajesh Chopra

Director of Strategy and Consulting

Rajesh has over 35 years’ experience with more than 20+ years in IT CXO roles across industries in hospitality, manufacturing, consumer durables and IT product domains. As Senior Vice President – Information Technology with The Oberoi Group, he was responsible for IT and Telecom services delivery to hospitality, aviation, travel trade and printing business verticals globally. As part of the senior leadership of the group, Rajesh was responsible for strategic planning, selection and implementation of technology based business solutions for the group.

During his tenure, to name a few, he had been instrumental for:-

● Consolidation of IT Systems and group-wide SAP ERP implementation and process consolidation resulting in removal of approx. 150 systems across the chain
● Played pivotal role in setting up The Oberoi Centre of Excellence (TOCE) for business process consolidation for back of the house functions consolidation by way of deploying state of art technologies such as RPAs, AI/ML based OCR Readers and big data for process
automation and work-flow management.

Before joining The Oberoi Group, Rajesh was Vice President and CIO for Samsung Electronics for South West Asia region for 15 years. His last assignment with Samsung group was to set-up an IT/ITES based company Samsung SDS India to manage IT operations of the Samsung group in South west Asia region. Rajesh has been instrumental in setting up and managing large scale ERP roll-outs in complex organisations. Under his leadership, Samsung Electronics India became the first SAP R/3 live installation in India in 1995. This set-up was upgraded to SAP ECC in 2004 which became their global instance in 2009. Rajesh played a vital role as Group leader for implementing new SAP global instances in all manufacturing facilities of Samsung in pacific region. Rajesh is also Ex-officio Director-Special Projects of INDUS (Indian Users of SAP), a non-profit user advocacy group of SAP users in India. Rajesh has won many awards for his services, among others Winner of CIO 100 award from IDG Media successively for 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2016.

Akash Saha

Akash, is a digital artist and youngest member of the core team. He has Co-Founded Digital Utopia, and has earlier worked in an Ad Tech and SAAS Companies to drive their digital initiatives on the web and in social channels.

Sudeepta Sahoo

Sudeepta is an serial entrepreneur who has spent more than 18 years in IT Consulting in Manufacturing, Petro-chemical, Software, FMCG, Auto, and Retail Industry. He has successfully executed a significant number of successful SAP projects in different parts of the world.
